We provide primary care which is your focal point for all your healthcare services. This is where you are partnered with a physician who helps you create a health plan to prevent medical illnesses or to treat current medical conditions. Our office and lab remain open during regular business hours for scheduled appointments, phone calls and virtual appointments.
For the protection of all our patients and staff, our practice is not accepting any walk-in visits. We ask that any additional family members or caregivers (unless you need physical assistance) wait in their vehicles.
If you need to see a provider or have questions about your healthcare, please call the office first. We look forward to assisting you with any healthcare needs or with scheduling an appointment . For appointments, we will ask COVID-19 screening questions and call you 1-2 days prior to your scheduled visit. To ensure everyone’s safety, please answer the screening questions accurately.
If you have an appointment and you have not heard from our office for a confirmation, please call the office to verify your appointment before coming to the office.
If you or a family member are having symptoms such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, diarrhea, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, muscle aches or extreme fatigue, or if you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 10 days, we will ask that you schedule a virtual visit.
